How It Works
Step 1: Box Pick Up
We’ll come to your office to pick up your medical records, box them up, and take them back to our operating facility to scan.
Step 2: Scanning of Documents
Prior to scanning, we’ll prepare, organize, and index your files. Afterwards, we’ll run OCR to ensure full searchability.
Step 3: Uploading and Shredding
We upload your digital files for your review, and then securely destroy the paper records.

Additionally, a confidentiality agreement is provided. Documents are not released without proper identification and documentation to ensure the safety, confidentiality and protection of all data stored at our location. We issue a certification of destruction post-shredding so that you can be confident that no one is going to be compromising you or your clients’ information. As far as security goes, the ScanStrong Team has a perfect record and we are proud that we have never lost or damaged even a single document.
